# Pensions dashboards: when can I see all my pensions in one place?

Pensions dashboards will show your pensions, including your State Pension, in one place online. Here is where things stand and what you can do in the meantime.

Free to enquire. We are an introducer, not an adviser. Important information

- Introductions to FCA-authorised advisers
- Free to enquire
- We call back within the hour, 9am to 5pm weekdays
- Details passed on only with your consent

**Quick answer:** Pensions dashboards are not open to the public yet. Pension schemes have until 31 October 2026 to connect, and the government will give at least six months’ notice before dashboards open. Until then, you need to find and check each pension yourself or have someone do it for you.

## What will a pensions dashboard show?

- Each of your workplace and personal pensions, including ones you have forgotten
- Who runs each pension and how to contact them
- An estimate of what each could pay, where the scheme provides one
- Your State Pension

The free government dashboard will be run by MoneyHelper. Other approved dashboards may follow.

## What can I do now?

1. Check your [State Pension forecast](https://www.gov.uk/check-state-pension).
2. List every job you have had and any pensions you remember.
3. Use the free government [Pension Tracing Service](https://www.gov.uk/find-pension-contact-details) to find contact details for each scheme.
4. Write to each scheme to confirm what it holds for you.

Our guide on [finding out what pensions you have](https://new.pensionsadviceuk.com/how-to-find-out-what-pensions-i-have/) goes through each step.

Watch out for dashboard scams

Dashboards are not open yet. Be wary of anyone offering early access to a “pensions dashboard” or asking for your details to set one up. If in doubt, check the FCA’s [ScamSmart](https://www.fca.org.uk/scamsmart) guidance.

## If you would rather someone did it for you

Tracing pensions yourself costs nothing but time. If you don’t have the time, or the letters and ID checks are putting you off, tell us what you remember and we’ll put you in touch with the right service:

- **Pension Pie**, our sister company, traces pensions of any size for one fixed fee of £249 including VAT. It never takes a percentage of what it finds and never moves your money.
- **An FCA-authorised adviser** may trace your pensions as part of an advice service, typically where they total £75,000 or more. The adviser explains any fees before you go ahead.

### Important information

Pensions Advice UK is a trading name of GAP-GNX Ltd. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not provide financial, investment, pension or tax advice. We act solely as an introducer.

The information on this page is general information only. It is not a personal recommendation and should not be relied upon when making decisions about your pension. Whether any course of action is right for you depends on your individual circumstances. When you make an enquiry, we may introduce you to an FCA-authorised financial adviser.

Any advice, recommendation or regulated service will be provided by that authorised firm, not by Pensions Advice UK. The authorised firm will explain its services and any fees to you directly before you decide to proceed. FCA-authorised firms may have their own criteria for accepting clients, over which we have no control.

The value of pensions and investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in.

Past performance is not a guide to future returns. Transferring or combining pensions is not right for everyone and may mean giving up valuable benefits or guarantees. Free and impartial guidance about your pension options is available from the government’s MoneyHelper service, and if you are aged 50 or over from Pension Wise, at moneyhelper.org.uk.
